• You don’t have to see love in things. Love has to be sown. Love and enjoy loving and, as you have come to the sowing, you will come to the time of harvesting •

• HΛBIB ΛLBI • is Andrés Acosta’s first collection for men.
A dream. A passion. A declaration of free love that comes from the true look of the heart.

To look at oneself. To recognise oneself. To feel oneself. To be.

The great innate admiration for the history and culture of the Middle East – which years later he was able to discover and enjoy at first hand through his travels in several of its countries – as well as the ethnic influence on the Canary Islands of the Amazigh tribes of North Africa – the free men of the desert, from Mauritania to Egypt – have been the key to giving free rein to the creativity present in this project.

Magical symbolism. An ode to freedom. An exodus towards the origin that, from the Atlantic to the eastern Mediterranean, is full of Berber and Arabesque reminiscences that merge with the designer’s personal style. Thus, the collection brings together some of those garments that represent him and that he himself always wanted to have in his wardrobe.

Designed, made and embroidered entirely by hand by the designer himself during the months of confinement, the collection follows the line of sustainability with which the firm already carries out all its projects: handmade tailoring, 100% made in Spain and the reuse of materials from stock accumulated during its production time: fabrics such as organza, taffeta or natural silk crepe in black, gold, white and nude -many of them ecological- and Swarovski Lead Free crystals or semi-precious stones such as turquoise, quartz, moonstone or lapis lazuli.
