Andrés Acosta reserves the right to decide which products to sell through andres-acosta.com may remove or add products from the e-boutique at any time.
The product’s characteristics are detailed and shown on the website.
Prices displayed on the e-boutique are stated in Euros (€) including VAT (21%) and any other applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.
Andrés Acosta products are limited and subject to availability. Our team will inform you if an order can not be fulfilled. For any further information concerning product availability please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
If you purchase products on the website, you agree to pay at the moment of confirmation of purchase. Payment of the product and delivery costs can be done by credit card. Andrés Acosta agrees to use the most effective and safe methods available to transfer the data and payment of each transaction. All credit card transactions on this e-boutique will be processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a acuerde server.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer as soon as the purchase has been shipped containing details of your order, such as the price, delivery cost, form of payment, delivery order and tracking number provided by the courier. This confirmation will not be valid as invoice but only as proof of purchase.

SPAIN: Standard home delivery in 3-4 working days.
EUROPE: Standard home delivery in 3-5 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD: Standard home delivery in 4-7 working days.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once a product has left the premises for shipping, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned. If this is the case, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and return the purchase once received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will have to send us an e-mail to email@example.com specifying your order number and we will inform you all at the time.
Returned products are fully refunded in the same form as payment.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, have not been worn, altered or washed. Items must also be in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable): once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your fund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable): we can only replace items if there are defective or damaged.
